Goran Dimitrovski is the founder and CEO of Digital Media Creative Pro, with more than 20 years of experience in digital marketing and visual communications. His work combines strategic thinking with creative problem-solving, helping clients turn business goals and ideas into focused digital campaigns and solutions. His interest in technology and creativity shapes the agency’s approach and helps guide projects from concept to measurable outcomes.

Goran specialises in digital marketing and sales, project management, business process digitalisation for small and medium-sized companies, and audio production.

Vlatko plays a key role in introducing technologies and innovative solutions for our clients.

He was one of the founders of Macedonia’s first extranet network and of the computer magazine “PlugIn” (1997), and was a member of the Association for the Development of Information Culture. He has written for several computer and environmental publications, while the weekly magazine “Kapital” published his articles on the Internet and its commercial potential. He has also worked as a webmaster on multiple websites. As a member of the Environmental Press Centre, he contributed to the creation of a regional online journalism network and a number of other projects. He was actively involved in the concept and implementation of the magazine “An Outlook of New Zealand and Australia”, and has successfully delivered several advertising and sales strategies while implementing new marketing techniques.

Vlatko specialises in internet networks, web design, computer network systems and e-commerce.

His career includes work at MRTV — where he served as editor of the Culture and Arts desk, editor of entertainment and recreational programming, and Editor-in-Chief of Macedonian Radio’s Second Programme, Radio 2 — as well as TV Alfa and Radio Grom, where he worked as general manager, owner and journalist. He is the author of the online study “Aspects of Modern Radio — Radio of Contemporary Modernity”, which brings together practical experience and insights from information theory, communication studies, philosophy, aesthetics, psychology, sociology, anthropology and marketing. He also created the first professional journalism blog, has written more than 120 books across fiction, prose and poetry published online, and created the web portal www.panoptikum.mk as a continuation of his cult radio programme “Panoptikum”.

Ljupcho specialises in electronic media, communication and journalism.

Through a combination of expertise and analytical thinking, she turns ideas into engaging content that encourages interaction and increases brand visibility. As Account Manager, Sonja coordinates client communication, supports service quality and manages key administrative processes. Her strong communication and organisational skills make her an important link between our clients and the creative team.

With a professional approach and close attention to detail, Sonja is focused on delivering measurable results and building lasting client relationships.

His work includes designing innovative and functional web applications that respond to the needs of modern businesses, from online presence to e-commerce.

Beyond client work, Jovan is actively involved in regional initiatives focused on knowledge exchange, networking and collaborative innovation. This approach helps him continuously develop his skills and adapt to emerging trends and technologies.

With a strong creative drive and close attention to detail, Jovan is committed to building solutions that go beyond client expectations.

Bojan is actively involved in creating promotional materials and visual assets for client websites, consistently turning ideas into strong, purposeful design solutions.

His portfolio includes logo design, flyers, printed brochures and website mockups, with each project developed to balance individual character with functionality.

With an intuitive sense of aesthetics and a strong interest in innovation, Bojan combines contemporary design with client needs to create visual materials that communicate each brand’s story clearly and effectively.
